Throughout this program I’ve spoken about protein and using a supplement in your liquid meals. Now it’s time to give you the briefest of overview’s on the different protein types so you know what the best choice is for you. Yes, there are more I could discuss, however, I’ve just chosen the most popular to give you the simple breakdown, otherwise supplements can become overwhelming and confusing.
