What is an EP?
An Exercise Physiologist is a university qualified Allied Health Professional who specialises in exercise and lifestyle modifications to treat, manage, and prevent a wide variety of chronic health conditions.
As allied health providers, our clients are eligible to access a wide range of funding options including private health, DVA, NDIS, My Aged Care and Medicare and many more.
We provide evidence-based movement assessment, and exercise prescription and treatment for:
- Pregnancy/ Postpartum/ Pelvic Health
- Musculoskeletal injury and disease (including Arthritis, Osteoporosis/Osteopenia, acute and/or chronic Musculoskeletal issues)
- Neurological conditions (including Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, Dementia, Spinal injury/conditions)
- Metabolic Syndrome (including Obesity, High BP and Cholesterol, Diabetes)
- Oncology and Cardiovascular conditions
